Go Team Lead (Remote, Contract, AI training) — SME Careers via AI Gig Scout

You will oversee quality, consistency and trainer performance across Go AI training projects: spot-check Go items, review AI-generated Go code, debugging responses, concurrency examples, tests and API implementations; flag non-compilable, race-prone or insecure recommendations; answer trainer and QA questions on Go syntax, concurrency, error handling, context, interfaces and testing; keep style guides, FAQs and calibration tasks up to date; and run onboarding calls.

Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's in CS, Software Engineering or IT, or equivalent experience; 3+ years in Go development, backend engineering, cloud services, distributed systems, DevOps tooling, code review or software QA; strong Go fundamentals (goroutines, channels, interfaces, error handling, context, modules, testing); strong English. Preferred: familiarity with go test, gofmt, go vet, the race detector, gRPC, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD and cloud-native workflows; experience leading remote teams of trainers, reviewers or QAs; AI training or LLM evaluation experience. Selection involves an AI interview, a domain task and a recruiter interview.
