Software Developer (Java Backend + AWS + Kubernetes)

MUST HAVE SKILLS

Java, Spring Boot, and complex application/business logic development

Strong backend engineering experience in distributed systems and microservices

Experience migrating enterprise applications/workloads to AWS

Kubernetes (EKS preferred) and containerization (Docker)

CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, CodeDeploy, GitOps)

Observability & Monitoring:

• Metrics generation
• Log aggregation and monitoring pipelines
• Application monitoring and alerting
• Production troubleshooting

Databases & Middleware:

• PostgreSQL
• Kafka
• Redis

STRONG PREFERENCE

Ex-Apple candidates

Product company backgrounds such as Apple, AWS, Meta, Netflix, PayPal, or fast-growing startups

Cloud-native architecture and large-scale systems experience

NOT A FIT

Primarily UI/Frontend developers with limited backend ownership

Candidates with only basic AWS deployment experience

Profiles lacking deep AWS integration, automation, and cloud engineering expertise

Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, Telecom, and similar domain-heavy profiles unless they have exceptional technical alignment
