Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of engineers in the design, development, and maintenance of the Kubernetes platform.
- Design and implement a scalable and secure Kubernetes platform, considering factors like performance, reliability, and security.
- Collaborate with tenants to understand their application requirements and facilitate their integration into the Kubernetes platform.
- Monitor and optimize the Kubernetes platform, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Implement robust security measures to protect the Kubernetes environment and tenant applications.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in the Kubernetes ecosystem.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience with Kubernetes and containerization technologies.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native technologies and microservices architecture.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Active Secret clearance.
